Order Call AI is built by Oscar David Sosa Ortiz and operated by Celestial Import LLC. It is a one-person company. We say so plainly because restaurants deserve to know who is answering their phone.

The product exists for a specific kind of restaurant: independent, often family-run, where the phone is still the register and where nobody can step away from the line during a dinner rush. Those are the operators that enterprise voice vendors do not call on, and the ones most likely to lose a sale simply because nobody picked up.

Our first restaurant is Monse’s Pupusería in Colorado Springs, Colorado, a single-location Salvadoran restaurant whose calls arrive in both English and Spanish, often within the same conversation. That is why bilingual service is included in every plan rather than sold as an add-on, and why the assistant switches language when the caller does.
