No-training flow-down
Every subprocessor that receives call audio or transcripts is contracted so that our data is not used to train, fine-tune or improve their models. This obligation mirrors the covenant in our DPA.
Payment data
No subprocessor receives cardholder data, because we never collect it. The assistant does not ask for card numbers and orders are paid to the restaurant directly.
Changes
We notify restaurant customers by email before adding a subprocessor. You may object on reasonable data-protection grounds; if we cannot resolve the objection, you may terminate without penalty for the remainder of your term. Write to privacy@ordercallai.com.
